Yoga Upward Bow Pose Earth's Power Yoga

Start in a supine position and extend your legs out in front with your heels down just like in Bridge Posture. Make sure to engage your glutes. Rotate your hand position and push up onto the top of your head. Rotate your elbows in towards one another and push up off the ground. For this yoga posture and for safety, don’t go too far. If you feel your back starting to compress so much that pains start in the spine, stop and ease back into Bridge. Deep back bends are not for every body
