Established in 1998, we are one of the first Yoga Alliance 200 hour registered courses in the area.
"I had a wonderful experience during my teacher training at EPY. This training provided emphasis on both philosophy and anatomy which was what I was looking for. There was also a good balance between individual attention and group learning. Not only did I learn a great deal but I also had a lot of fun and met plenty of great people. I am extremely grateful for this experience."
We offer one of the most adventurous Yoga teacher training experiences. Sign up now for the January 2019 course.

Some hours are completed through community classes taught to trainees and/or students plus homework, book study and essay. There will be a test at the end of each weekend going over the curriculum of the topics that were covered that week. At the end of the training you will take a multiple choice final exam, and you will be required to teach a full Yoga class without a script or other visual aid. If you pass the test complete 20 teaching hours to friends or community classes, finish your papers, and teach a full class that meets our specific criteria for a well rounded Yoga class, you will receive your Certificate of Completion from Earth’s Power Yoga. If for some reason you do not pass you may be required to study further and take private lessons to get you to the skill level necessary to pass.
Trainees also enjoy unlimited yoga classes included in their tuition for the length of the 10 week training.
