Perspective reframing



I have a technique that I use daily. For instance Standing in line is a standing meditation and practice of peace. Seeing beauty in simplicity.

This is not a table top. Tell yourself. It is Jackson Pollock art piece.

Enjoy the small things on life. Try it while parking your car. Find a wsy to enjoy the walk or the practice of calmness. Etc….

Understand your unintentional stressful context frame. Or “USC” and you will be free to change.
When parking you can use that time to practice your Yoga or choose to be stressed out.

If you are upset it is because of your USC. Think again life is waiting for you to enjoy.
