Yoga Boat Pose Earth's Power Yoga

INSTRUCTIONS:
This pose is a moving pose. Jump one leg forward between the hands while in a push-up position. Change sides in rapid succession.

Take a deep breathe in and then switch-hop your legs seven times back and forth as you exhale. Do six sets of each leg, if that is too much. Find your edge.

Try to land on your heal lightly by using the strength of your upper shoulder. This is a true calorie burner!
