An apple a day

As a teacher many people assume that I eat really healthy. While in general this may be true if you were to travel across america I would bet that most people that exercise eat relatively healthy compared to the average. That being said I just train regularly and rely on my training and meal size to stay fit. One thing that I have been really disciplined about is eating apples. They are extremely tasty and packed with all kinds of vitamins and even fiber. Even if you do not eat healthy here are a few links to find the best tasting apples on the planet.
